Chimichurri

A flavorful, tangy and spicy herb-and-garlic sauce that enhances meat and many other dishes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp oregano (fresh or dried)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (less or more to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Combine everything in a food processor and pulse. Scrape down the sides, and pulse again until everything is minced and blended. 
  • Cover, refrigerate and let sit for several hours so the flavors blend.
